Pioneering Access to Space

Affordable, reliable small satellite launches to Low Earth Orbit. Your payload. Our rocket. Orbit achieved.

Scroll

Nepal's space industry is ready for launch. But there's no local launch provider. Payloads travel thousands of miles to reach orbit. We're changing that. Garuda — Nepal's first orbital rocket — launches from home soil.

Why Choose Us

Why Mach24?

We're not just another launch provider. We're building space access infrastructure where none existed before.

01

Green Propulsion

Non-toxic hybrid engines — safer, cheaper, and environmentally responsible compared to traditional hydrazine-based systems.

02

South Asia Launch Site

Geographic advantage near the equator provides efficient orbital insertion. No more shipping payloads thousands of miles.

03

Cost Leadership

Dedicated LEO missions from ~$1.5M. Rideshare from $300K. Up to 60% lower than comparable Western providers.

04

End-to-End Service

From payload integration to orbital deployment — one contract, one team, one launch provider. No middlemen.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our launch services and technology.

Garuda is Mach24's two-stage orbital launch vehicle, designed for affordable small satellite delivery to Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and Sun-Synchronous Orbit (SSO). It can carry up to 500kg to LEO.

We offer missions to LEO (200-600km), SSO (400-800km), and custom orbits up to 1000km altitude. Both dedicated and rideshare configurations are available.

Our roadmap targets commercial operations in 2027, following a suborbital demo in Q2 2026 and an orbital demo in Q4 2026. We're currently in the engine qualification phase.

We use green hybrid propulsion — non-toxic, environmentally safe propellants that are simpler and cheaper than traditional liquid bipropellant systems, while delivering competitive performance.

Dedicated missions start from approximately $1.5M for LEO payloads up to 500kg. Rideshare options are available from $300K depending on payload size and orbit. Contact us for a detailed mission quote.

Contact our launch services team at launches@mach24orbitals.space with your payload specifications and desired orbit. We'll provide a mission assessment and custom quote within 5 business days.

We offer comprehensive launch insurance options through our partners. Our hybrid propulsion system has inherent safety advantages — non-toxic propellants and throttleable engines allow for safe abort procedures at any point during flight.

We work within all applicable international space law frameworks including the Outer Space Treaty. Our team handles all regulatory compliance, export licensing, and launch permits so you can focus on your mission.

Garuda offers competitive payload capacity (500kg to LEO) at significantly lower cost than Western providers. Our green hybrid propulsion is safer and simpler than liquid engines, and our South Asian launch site provides efficient equatorial orbit access.

Mach24 Orbitals is headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal. We're building South Asia's first indigenous orbital launch capability.
